Hello and Welcome!

The person whom you select as your Real Estate professional should be someone
you can relate to. Let me introduce myself.

I migrated from New York 34 years ago to Oregon and the Eugene/Springfield area. Experiencing a 360 degree lifestyle change by living in rural Lane County!

For the past 33 years as an Oregon resident, I have been actively involved locally and regionally in the promotion of the Arts in Entertainment/ Business/ Education/ Fitness/ Nature and the Community.
I have been a repeat licensed million dollar producing Realtor for the past 19 years! Formerly with Coldwell Banker and Remax Integrity before starting my own brokerage in 2001. Residential, Commercial and Investment properties and mortgages are all areas that I am familiar with.

In addition, I owned and operated an independent local promotion business from 1978-2001. This business enabled me to promote Oregon to local, national and international entertainers, their agencies and staff as well as assisting in creating the Hult Center as a viable stop for entertainment performances in Oregon. I have held contracts with The City of Eugene. I have cross promoted and sponsored events with hundreds of Local and Regional businesses. I consider myself very fortunate to have had a unique and wonderful platform to experience many of the local business services that this state and its residents provide.

I have raised two son’s whom I adore and who have blessed us with wonderful new family members. My oldest son is employed with a firm that utilizes his marketing expertise. My youngest son is pursuing a career in audio/video media engineering! They (and we as a result of it) were very active in sports and extra curriculum activities associated with growing children in a community. I have participated on may levels with in school/after school activities.

Additionally- I am fortunate to have an incredibly supportive husband who is a trainer/developer for the instructional use of your digital camera, photo software and advanced photo taking. He has developed and designed a camera tram(s) for use in plastic surgery and medical photography enviornments.Jim shares my zest for day to day life and along with my sons- helps keep me on the cutting edge of changing technologies!

I have an old fashioned approach to business. Be knowledgeable, have clear communication,
ethics, honesty and fairness in every situation/transaction! I expect the same in return.

I am continually striving to maintain the best quality of service for my clients and to stay on the cutting edge of information, which motivated me to learn the mortgage business and become a licensed loan originator in 2001. This additional knowledge added to my Real Estate Services, enables me to serve my clients more efficiently!
